Our admission process helps applicants and their parents become more familiar with Bayview Glen, its programmes and our educational philosophy. You begin by submitting a detailed application form. Then, students will visit the school to experience life in class, and will complete an entrance assessment. Once the admissions process is complete, students are notified in writing each March regarding their application status. You will find further details of these steps below.
How to Apply
To apply to Bayview Glen, please print the Student Application below and mail the completed form along with the following documents to the Admissions Office. - Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of immunization records
- Copy of the most recent report card (where applicable) and transcripts
- Recent photo of child
- $100 non-refundable application fee, payable to Bayview Glen
Admission to Bayview Glen is based on a review of report cards, an interview (Upper School students) and class visit (Lower and Prep School students), completion of an entrance assessment and space availability.
On receipt of the Student Application Form, students applying to our Preschool attend a visit with their family; students applying to our Lower School and Prep School are invited for a morning class visit, and students applying to our Upper School are invited to participate in an interview.
Students applying to Grades 1 to 5 must complete an in-house entrance assessment on the same day as their scheduled visit. Upper School applicants are asked to complete a writing piece following their interview.
