Visit the Guild Shops at Bayview Glen to purchase all uniform items required by the school, with the exception of NEW blazers, tunics, kilts, and box-pleat skirts. For these new uniform items, please visit Beatties, located at 453 Eglinton Avenue West. Gently used blazers, tunics, kilts, box-pleat skirts and other uniform pieces are sold at the Guild Shops along with many school supplies and novelty items.

Proceeds from the operation of the Guild Shops go back to the school and benefit the educational environment of our children. Come and support us with your purchases.

Ordering
Orders submitted by phone with Credit Card payment information will be processed and delivered to your child’s class or Mentor. Order forms are also available for drop off to the specific school store and again we will arrange delivery of your purchase to your child’s class/Mentor. Consignment/Resale
The Guild Shops accept the following items for resale on consignment: gently used girls and boys Bayview Glen blazers (hunter green and navy blue), girls’ kilts, tunics and grey box-pleated skirts.

We accept consignment clothing under the following conditions:

Other uniform items are also accepted by the Guild Shops as donations for resale, i.e. grey pants, vests, cardigans, ties, dress shirts, gym or house league t-shirts, mesh shorts, sweatpants and sweatshirts. Girls and boys Bayview Glen blazers, tunics, kilts and grey box-pleat skirts may also be donated.

Please note that The Guild Shops will keep your item(s) in inventory for one year. It is your responsibility to either pick up the clothing within 30 days of the above anniversary, or consider the clothing a donation.

May Uniform Fitting and Shopping Days
Around mid-May, the Guild Shops organize a Uniform Fitting and Shopping Days for all current and new students in preparation for the new School year. In addition to the extended opening hours of the shop, Beatties, our uniform supplier, will also be present to assist you in the purchase of new blazers, kilts or tunics and/or other uniform items, except the gym uniform. Details are announced via the School Newsletter.

August Back to School Shopping Day
Both the Lower and Prep and Upper School Guild Shops open their doors for parents to purchase last minute uniform items before the official start of the School year. Volunteers work during the summer to restock and organize this event. Please plan your purchases ahead of time and check for details of this event via the Bayview Glen August mailing. As mentioned above, no consignment items are received during this time.
