What is the Annual Fund? How is the money used? |

Aside from a gift to the Capital Plan, a contribution to the Annual Fund is the most important gift you can make to Bayview Glen. The Annual Fund is an exceptionally important source of revenue that makes the difference between being a good school and a great school. The money raised in the Annual Fund goes directly to supporting current programmes.
As tuition fees alone do not cover the full cost of operating the school, the Annual Fund is needed to support smaller class sizes, programme development, student activities, financial assistance, as well as physical plant improvements. |

Why not fund the difference between tuition revenue and the full cost of educating a Bayview Glen student out of endowment earnings? |

At this point in time, Bayview Glen does not have an Endowment Fund large enough to support the activities of the school in any major way. Building our Endowment is part of our long term plan, but the Annual Fund and summer camp revenues continue to be the principal means for bridging the gap between tuition and costs in the current year. |
