We are always looking for parents to join us to organize events, be a part of our Parent Association Executive and volunteer at events. Join Us for the Annual Parent Association Merry Market 2025

Date: Friday, November 21, 2025
Time: 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Location: Bayview Glen Moatfield Campus

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! The Bayview Glen Parent Association is delighted to invite you to our annual Merry Market!

Join us as we celebrate the holiday season with a fantastic shopping experience featuring local vendors and Bayview Glen community members, as well as our talented student entrepreneurs with creative products.

Don’t forget to bid on our famous class basket auction, filled with thoughtfully curated items from our families.

There will be lots of fun for everyone, with festive music, cozy hot chocolate station, and our delicious bake sale (cash preferred).

We are also bringing magic back again this year with the opportunity for families to take free holiday photo with winter festive theme and Santa, available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.

All Bayview Glen community members are welcome. Please register online below if you and your family are planning to attend.

Be sure to bring some cash and reusable bags, as some vendors may not accept credit or debit card payments.

Calling all bakers!

As the holiday season approaches, nothing warms our hearts like some good old fashioned holiday baking! We’re calling on all of you to show us your baking skills and support the Merry Market Bake Sale! All proceeds go back to the school.

Here’s the Scoop:

Bake your NUT FREE goodies, package them individually, and drop them off at the Prep School parent bench at the Moatfield Campus, or bring them directly to the J.T.M. Guest Theatre by 9:30 a.m. on Friday, November 21. Please bring them in a cardboard box (or container that you do not want back) and add a note to each of your goodies with a list of the ingredients.

If you are able to contribute some baked goods, please let us know via email to pabakesale@bayviewglen.ca. Let us know what you plan to make and your child(ren)’s names, and we will proudly display their name(s) on our gingerbread decorations!

Bake our day by showing your support for our Bayview Glen community, and baking it a better school, one delicious baked good at a time!

Parent Association Halloween Fun Bash

Thank you all for attending our annual Halloween Fun Bash on Sunday, October 26! We all had a wicked good time celebrating with our Bayview Glen community and dressing up for a Spooktacular Halloween Celebration!

The kids enjoyed trick or treating, many games, arts and crafts, and the well-attended inflatables castles and famous BeaverTails food truck with their families and friends! New this year, was our first ever Glow in the Dark dance party with a Live DJ – a big success appreciated by many! Check out the event photos under the Photo Gallery on the school website.

We look forward to seeing many families again at our next Parent Association Merry Market on Friday, November 21, 2025 from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at our Moatfield Campus. Please stay tuned for more details.

Parent Association Evening Parent Social

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first Parent Association Evening Parent Social on Thursday, September 25 on the scenic rooftop patio of our Moatfield Campus. It was wonderful to meet with so many new and returning parents in a social setting, celebrating the start of a new school year, fostering new friendships, and strengthening our vibrant school community. Parent Association Morning Coffee Social

We continued our momentum from the rooftop social with the Parent Association Morning Coffee Social on Friday, October 3 on the beautiful back deck of our Moatfield Campus. The morning provided a relaxed opportunity to indulge in coffee, snack, and catch up, enjoy conversation, and engage with our school community. Parent Association Welcome Breakfast and Mingle

It was wonderful to welcome so many parents at the Parent Association Welcome Breakfast and Mingle on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. What a great way to kick-off another successful year at Bayview Glen! 

We had close to 200 parents join us to hear from our Heads of School, Bayview Glen staff, and our PA Executive team. We heard about the PA role within the school, upcoming social events run by the PA, as well as our amazing PA Shop managers. The morning was filled with laughter, conversation, and community spirit as we launched another exciting school year together.
