Andrew Jerjian graduated from Bayview Glen in 2006 and is a Toronto-based associate in the Global Infrastructure & Projects Group at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. He has experience acting for lenders, export credit agencies, equity investors, sponsors and borrowers on a wide variety of international project development, finance and M&A transactions in the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. Andrew has advised on transactions in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia in sectors including wind, solar PV, nuclear, oil & gas, shipping and smart metering. Andrew has been a lawyer at international law firms Clifford Chance LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP in London, UK. While in the UK, Andrew was seconded to HSBC as in-house counsel, where he worked on export, asset and infrastructure finance transactions. Andrew is a dual-qualified lawyer in New York and England. Prior to qualifying as a lawyer in England, Andrew pursued a two-year training contract at Clifford Chance LLP in London, UK. During his training contract, he worked in the corporate/M&A, energy & infrastructure and capital markets groups, as well as in the international arbitration group in Paris, France.
