Jonathan Moneta graduated from Bayview Glen in 2003 and pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in the Theatre programme at York University. Alexis Rudnick graduated from Bayview Glen in 2000 and has published 14 children’s books and a new Rap-A-Long collection to some acclaim under the pen name “Alexis Alexander”. His recently launched album hit #1 on iTunes for kids music on opening day and was interviewed on CBC Metro Morning with Matt Galloway on November 18, 2019. Alia Saeed, Class of 2008, graduated from Queen's University in 2012 with the highest level of distinction after completing her Bachelor of Commerce. During her university study, Alia spent one term abroad in Paris, and she started at PwC as a summer student after her second year of university. Ambrish Shah, Class of 2003, graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2007 with a Bachelor of Mathematics, majoring in Actuarial Science, Statistics and Finance. Through UW’s co-op programme, Ambrish was hired as an intern at Barclays Capital in their US fixed income trading division in New York. As an annual Thanksgiving tradition, Bayview Glen hosted this year's Alumni Homecoming on Friday, October 11 in the Daunt Dining Hall and welcomed back over 70 participants, including alumni, faculty, staff and past parents. Our recent Class of 2019 graduates enjoyed reconnecting with former  classmates/teachers and picking up their yearbooks. In September 2019, the Bayview Glen Alumni Association hosted two successful events on campus for alumni, parents and students. Sunil Gurmukh graduated from Bayview Glen in 2001 and is a lawyer at the Ontario Human Rights Commission (OHRC). Prior to joining the OHRC in 2011, he worked at the African Canadian Legal Clinic as a Staff Lawyer and articled at Hicks Morley Hamilton Stewart Storie LLP. He has worked on significant human rights cases at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Yong (Daniel) Shen '15 came to Bayview Glen in Grade 7 and stayed all the way until Grade 12. Daniel recently graduated from Harvard College, the undergraduate liberal arts college of Harvard University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology and a minor in Classics.
