Join Us for the Parent Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon

Location: Bayview Glen Moatfield Campus

All Bayview Glen parent volunteers are invited to our Parent Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the J.T.M. Guest Theatre at our Moatfield Campus.

Join us as we celebrate you and another successful year for the Bayview Glen community.

A heartfelt appreciation to the many parent volunteers who generously give their time and energy to support our school. Your dedication enriches our students’ experiences and helps create a vibrant, welcoming community for all.

Whether serving on the Parent Association Executive team, assisting at Parent Association events, supporting the Parent Association Shop, participating as guest speakers, or enhancing our student experiences through classroom activities, field trips, robotics, athletics, skating, skiing, and more, your volunteer involvements and contributions make a lasting impact.

Bayview Glen Art Show and Auction

Mark your calendars for the annual Bayview Glen Art Show and Auction to be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Bayview Glen Moatfield Campus. This year’s theme is Shine, and it will feature incredible artwork from every grade – celebrating our students’ creativity and imagination from BG2 to Grade 12 including AP artwork.

Bayview Glen will also host an in-person Art Auction during the event, with selected collaborative student artwork from BG2 to Grade 5 on display and available for purchase. Please stay tuned for more details.

Parent Association Family Bowling Day

It was a full house for the PA Family Bowling Day on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at Splitsville Bowl Richmond Hill. Thank you for rolling in with your families for a morning of fun! From strikes to spares to big smiles, kids and parents enjoyed time together on and off the lanes – thank you for making it an incredi-bowl Bayview Glen event! Parent Association Parent Cocktail Social

Thank you for joining us at the PA Parent Cocktail Social on February 25 evening! We truly appreciate your participation and hope you enjoyed connecting with fellow parents and being part of such a wonderful event. Check out the event photos under the Photo Gallery on the school website.

Parent Association Annual General Meeting and Breakfast

Thank you to the many parents who joined us for the Parent Association Annual General Meeting and Breakfast on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. We appreciated the opportunity to share updates from the Head of School and Division Heads, as well as Advancement and External Relations.

The meeting also featured the introduction of the new Parent Association Executive team, the Parent Association financial update, and highlights from the PA Shop and PA Social updates. The morning provided a valuable opportunity for meaningful discussion, engagement, and connection over breakfast.

Parent Association Merry Market

The Bayview Glen community came together on November 21, 2025, for a joyful afternoon at the annual Parent Association Merry Market! From 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Moatfield Campus was alive with holiday spirit, laughter, and creativity.

Families and friends enjoyed a fantastic shopping experience with local vendors, Bayview Glen community members, and our talented student entrepreneurs. Highlights included the class basket auction, a bake sale, cozy hot chocolate, festive live music, and the return of holiday photos with Santa, spreading smiles all afternoon.

A heartfelt thank you to the Parent Association team, the Merry Market committees, and the many parent and student volunteers whose hard work and dedication made the day possible. Your support helped create a truly magical start to the holiday season!

Parent Association Halloween Fun Bash

Thank you all for attending our annual Halloween Fun Bash on Sunday, October 26! We all had a wicked good time celebrating with our Bayview Glen community and dressing up for a Spooktacular Halloween Celebration!

The kids enjoyed trick or treating, many games, arts and crafts, and the well-attended inflatables castles and famous BeaverTails food truck with their families and friends! New this year, was our first ever Glow in the Dark dance party with a Live DJ – a big success appreciated by many! Check out the event photos under the Photo Gallery on the school website.

Parent Association Evening Parent Social

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first Parent Association Evening Parent Social on Thursday, September 25 on the scenic rooftop patio of our Moatfield Campus. It was wonderful to meet with so many new and returning parents in a social setting, celebrating the start of a new school year, fostering new friendships, and strengthening our vibrant school community. Parent Association Morning Coffee Social

We continued our momentum from the rooftop social with the Parent Association Morning Coffee Social on Friday, October 3 on the beautiful back deck of our Moatfield Campus. The morning provided a relaxed opportunity to indulge in coffee, snack, and catch up, enjoy conversation, and engage with our school community. Parent Association Welcome Breakfast and Mingle

It was wonderful to welcome so many parents at the Parent Association Welcome Breakfast and Mingle on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. What a great way to kick-off another successful year at Bayview Glen! 

We had close to 200 parents join us to hear from our Heads of School, Bayview Glen staff, and our PA Executive team. We heard about the PA role within the school, upcoming social events run by the PA, as well as our amazing PA Shop managers. The morning was filled with laughter, conversation, and community spirit as we launched another exciting school year together.
