Parent Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon

All Bayview Glen parent volunteers are invited to our Parent Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the back deck of our Moatfield Campus.

Join us as we celebrate you and another successful year for the Bayview Glen community.

A heartfelt appreciation to the many parent volunteers who dedicate countless hours to supporting our school and fostering a vibrant environment for all.

Whether serving on the Parent Association Executive team, assisting at Parent Association events, supporting the Parent Association Shop, participating as guest speakers, or enhancing our student experiences through classroom activities, field trips, robotics, athletics, skating, skiing, and more, your contributions and involvements make a lasting impact.

We are truly grateful for all that you have done – THANK YOU!

Parent Association Parent Cocktail Social

What a night! Our sold-out Parent Cocktail Social on February 26, 2025 was a big success! Thank you to our amazing Bayview Glen parent community for your enthusiasm and support for this special evening at Ultra Restaurant. The beautiful venue and great ambiance created a lively atmosphere to connect, enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres, all while strengthening our school community! Through new and existing friendships, we shared stories and enjoyed a relaxing and fun evening together. Looking forward to seeing you at our next events. Parent Association Annual General Meeting and Breakfast

The Parent Association (PA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on January 21, 2025 in the Daunt Dining Hall at our Moatfield Campus. Thank you to all the parents who braved the cold to hear from our School Heads, Admissions, and the PA Executive team. Our agenda included great updates from all divisions on the fantastic initiatives being put in place at the school and what we can look forward to this year. The PA Executive presented our new PA member, Naghmeh Momeni as our new Co-Social Director, and Amey Lai who is continuing her work as Art Show Co-Ordinator. We shared the exciting upcoming PA events planned such as our Winter Social and Art Show. Our PA Treasurer presented the Parent Association’s annual financials, and an overview of the Parent Association new $1 million pledge as well as previous contributions to school. Mr. Rodrigues from the Advancement and External Relations team shared an overview of the Advancement and Community Engagement initiatives for the school community, and Ms. Kanary provided us with the Better Beginnings campaign results.

Parent Association Merry Market

What a wonderful way to kick-off the holidays with our Parent Association Merry Market on Thursday, November 21, 2024!

We cheered, we shopped, we had the best time! The holiday magic was definitely in the air with a wonderful selection of vendors, delicious baked treats and hot chocolate, pictures with Santa and crafts and the amazing class baskets auction. It was all smiles and joy for our annual tradition at Bayview Glen!

To all the event participants of our Merry Market, a heartfelt thank you for being part of our special day. Thank you to our Merry Market vendors, Bayview Glen student entrepreneurs, Parent Association team, parents and students volunteers, Bayview Glen staff and the Chartwells team for all your support! We could not have done it without you!

Parent Association Halloween Fun

Thank you to the many members of the Bayview Glen community for joining our annual Parent Association Halloween festivities on Sunday, October 27, 2024. The Prep School Gymnasium and J.T.M. Guest Theatre were full of wonderful families dressed in their favourite Halloween costumes, enjoying trick or treating, the dance party, yummy treats at the BeaverTails food truck, and lots of fun at the various games, craft stations, face painting, and the highly appreciated bouncy castles. It was great seeing you all joining in the celebration! A big thank you to all of student and parent volunteers, as well as the Bayview Glen staff for their support on this exciting day!
