The PA Shop at Bayview Glen
Shop for Fall 2026
The PA Shop is pleased to share with you the options over the summer for shopping and obtaining what your child needs for the new school year.
On May 11, all appointments for the summer will be posted. Appointment times are limited, and once filled, there will be no more available, so book your time promptly.
All appointments will take place in the shop at 85 Moatfield Drive (Prep/Upper school campus) and accessed by the front door.
Until June 5, we will deliver online orders to students in BG2 – Grade 8.
Grade 9 – 12 students must pick up their orders during the hours of operation.
Online Ordering is always accessible, and you can pick up orders on any of our Curbside Pickup Days (no appointment necessary – no access to in-store shopping).

Curbside Pickup days and times will be:
- Monday, July 14: 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
- Friday, July 25: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Friday, July 25: 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.
- Monday, August 11: 12:00 – 2:00 p.m.
- Monday, August 11: 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, August 20: 3:00- 6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, August 26: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, August 26: 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
The Shop is open for drop-ins every morning from 8:15 – 10:15 a.m. until June 5 and then will be closed and only open by appointment until September 9.

Uniform Guidelines
Store Policies
The Shop does not keep credit card information on file for future purchases.
We accept AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards.
We do not accept personal cheques.
Returns and exchanges can be processed within 90 days of purchase; all items must be unworn and still in original packaging with tickets on.
After 90 days and before 180 days, any accepted returns will be processed as credits to the Shop.
After 181 days from original purchase date: NO EXCHANGE, NO IN-STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS
Volunteering at The Shop
At present, we have a volunteer team for the shop, but if you are interested to assist for shop specific events, please email pashop@bayviewglen.ca.
For other volunteer opportunities with the Parent Association please contact our Volunteer Committee at pavolunteer@bayviewglen.ca for information on how to participate in other activities.
Proceeds from the operation of the Shop go back to the school and benefit the educational environment of our children. Come and support us with your purchases.
Consignment/Donation Programme
The Shop accepts the following items for resale on consignment:
Gently Used Bayview Glen blazers (hunter green and navy blue), tartan kilts, skorts, and tunics – their tags must indicate they were produced by our supplier Top Marks, we are no longer taking products from InSchoolWear, Uniform Solutions, or Beatties.
(We do not sell the Upper School grey skirt on consignment but can take them as donations.)
We accept consignment clothing under the following conditions:
- Blazers are dry-cleaned and left in their plastic with dry-cleaning tags on
- Kilts, skorts, and tunics are freshly washed
- Items are in good repair (no rips or stains)
- We only accept consignment items that were manufactured by our supplier, Top Marks
- Items are priced at half the price of a new one (Once sold, half of the proceeds go to the consignor, and the other half of the proceeds go to Parent Association)
- Parents bringing items for consignment must fill in a Consignment Clothing Agreement
Other uniform items are also accepted by the Shop as donations for resale, i.e. grey pants, grey box-pleat skirts, vests, cardigans, ties, dress shirts, blouses, gym or house league t-shirts, mesh shorts, sweatpants, and sweatshirts. They must be freshly washed and in good condition – no rips or stains.
Bayview Glen blazers, tartan tunics, kilts and skorts may also be donated.
We do not accept socks, tights or kilt shorts as donations.
**Please note that The Shop will keep your item(s) in inventory for one year, after which time it will be considered a donation.

You can buy any/all new formal and Physical Education uniforms.
Gently used blazers and kilts are available for sale.
School supplies and memorabilia/spirit items are also available at the Shop.
Parking is available at the Moatfield Campus front parking lot. Please come in through the front door and check in with reception.
We ask that if you are ill, please either cancel your appointment by calling or emailing us and we will reschedule, OR we can do a video Zoom appointment in place of an appointment in the Shop.
Once it is your appointment time, please check in at reception if during school hours or outside of school hours please call 416.386.6628 and we will let you in.
