Extended Programme
We know that our Bayview Glen families are busy and active. Our extended programmes are there to help students make the most of their time at school, as well as to assist parents whose workday extends beyond routine school hours.
Early Morning Programme
This programme is available, at no charge, to students in the Lower School who arrive between 7:45 and 8:30 a.m. Teachers and counsellors supervise the students until the start of the academic day.
After School Programme
This programme is available to students in the Lower and Prep School and focuses on after school activities and study hall. Students in Age 2 to Grade 2 participate in age appropriate activities and games.
Students in Grades 1 to 3 work on their homework with the help of a counsellor.
Students in Grades 4 to 8 go to study hall, supervised by a teacher, and complete their homework. Study hall runs from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. and an extended period from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. for those students needing extra time or those on sports teams. At 5:00 p.m. a snack is served.
In the Upper School, students are welcome to work in the Library from 3:40 to 5:45 p.m. Teachers, who are available to help students with their homework, supervise all study halls.
