By Form: There is a section of the form where you can direct a portion of your gift to another registered charity. You can use the information above to complete the United Way’s Form.

By donating publicly traded securities, you can eliminate capital gains tax that you’d have to pay if you sold the securities. If you are interested in donating securities to Bayview Glen, please contact the Advancement Office to discuss.

Many employers sponsor matching gift programmes and will match any charitable contributions or volunteer hours made by their employees. To find out if your company has a matching gift policy, please contact your Human Resources department for more information. The impact of your gift to Bayview Glen School may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.

Bayview Glen, along with 25 other Canadian Independent Schools, use FRISBE or “Friends of Independent Schools and Better Education” which makes giving more accessible to Bayview Glen alumni and friends who live in the United States.

Friends of Independent Schools and Better Education (FRISBE) is a licensed non-profit organization that channels U.S. donations to independent schools around the world. In return for your donation, FRISBE will issue you an IRS tax receipt. FRISBE ensures that 100% of your donation amount is received by your designated charitable organization.
