Textbook Ordering Programme 2019-2020

Online ordering guidelines

  • To sign up and order: https://pgtextbooks.myshopify.com/ (link is external)

  • Your first order will require to "Sign up" on the top tab

  • Each family must create a customer profile, including e-mail address and student number (if you don't know your child's student number or are new use 99999) Once created, you can log into the online store for any future orders using this profile. Your e-mail address will allow us to send updates regarding your order and none of your details will be shared with any third parties. The online site is fully secure. (if you signed up last year you should log into the same account)

  • On the tab at the top of the page click on the grade your child will be entering in September.

  • This list provides you with the course codes and which book(s) your child will need for each course

  • Please check your student's list of courses they are registered for - they received it with their report card.

  • Click on Textbook on side tab and select child's grade for ordering.

  • When ordering, you may be offered the option to purchase New, Gently Used, or Used textbooks (while quantities last). Please ensure that you specify your choice. Note: You will only be able to order Gently Used and Used textbooks if we have them in inventory....if you cannot order it ....we are sold out!

  • Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. All payments will be processed when the order is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email of your order - this does not mean the order is ready

  • You will receive another email when the order is ready with important pick-up dates and times.

  • Textbooks for the 2019-2020 academic year must be ordered online by Friday, July 26, 2019.  Orders placed after July 26, 2019 will be subject to a late fee of $20.00, with the exception of New Families to the school. 


Textbooks Pick Up

When can I pick up my order?

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready. This confirmation will advise you of times that you can come to pick up your order. As our space is limited due to construction we encourage you to come as early as possible.
     
  • Regular pick up times are Monday, August 26 from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. or Tuesday, August 27 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

What if I can’t make the pick up times?

  • If unable to pick up over the summer, after school hours will be announced where students can come pick up their books. They will not be able to pick up their books at the shop during shop hours.
