Admissions Process

To apply to Bayview Glen, complete the online application.

You will need digital copies of the following:

• current photograph of your child(ren)
• birth certificate
• immunization records
• previous two years school reports and transcript
• credit card information to process the payment of the $100.00 non-refundable application fee.
  Fee payment for Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 applications only. The application fee does not apply to students applying to Preschool (BG2 or BG3)

BG2, BG3

• Families applying to BG2 (Toddler) and BG3 (Preschool) will be invited to an in- person visit within one of our classroom spaces. This visit will also include a parent interview with a member of the admissions team.  This appointment will be arranged once the full application is received.
• The application deadline is December 1, 2026.

JK

• Families applying to Junior Kindergarten will be invited to a group visit within one of our classroom spaces. Each applicant will join one of our educators for some planned activities, should they be comfortable, while parents mingle with our admissions team and ask any questions they have.
  A separate appointment will then be made for a parent interview with a member of the admissions team. Both appointments will be arranged once the full application is received.
• The application deadline is December 1, 2026.

SK to Grade 4

• As Senior Kindergarten is a non-entry year and spaces are dependent on attrition, all applications will be reviewed and selected candidates will be invited for a visit day and assessment.
• The application deadline is December 1, 2026.

Grade 5

• Families applying to Grade 5 will receive an invitation to a visit and assessment day. This day allows us to get to know your child while also inviting them to experience a day at Bayview Glen, making connections with students and teachers.
  A separate appointment will then be made for a parent interview with a member of the admissions team.  Both appointments will be arranged once the full application is received.
• The application deadline is December 1, 2026.

Grade 6 to 8

• As entry into the Prep School is based on attrition, all completed applications to the Prep School are reviewed and selected applicants will be invited to participate in an interview and entrance assessment.
• As Grade 6 to 8 are non-entry years, availability may be limited.
• As applicants complete the entrance assessment, one or both parents will be asked to join a member of the admissions team for a parent interview.
• The application deadline is December 1, 2026.

Grade 9 to 12

• As entry into the Upper School is based on attrition, all completed applications to the Upper School are reviewed and selected applicants will be invited to participate in an interview and writing assignment.
• As Grades 9 to 12 are non-entry years, availability may be limited.
• As applicants complete the writing assignment, one or both parents will be asked to join a member of the admissions team for a parent interview.
• The application deadline is December 1, 2026.

Timeline: Admission meetings, interviews and assessments will be completed in the Fall and early Winter. Families will receive a follow up to their application by the end of February 2027.
