Join Us for the Parent Association Family Bowling Day

Time: 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Location: Splitsville Bowl Richmond Hill
(9 East Wilmot Street, Richmond Hill, Ontario)

Get ready for a morning filled with strikes, smiles, and family fun! The Parent Association is thrilled to invite you to another incredi-bowl Bayview Glen family event that promises a fantastic gathering for both kids and parents.

Join us on Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Splitsville Bowl Richmond Hill.

We have an exciting lineup of bowling and mini-golf activities with the delightful company of fellow Bayview Glen families. And of course, no family event is complete without some delicious food – we’ll be providing pizza and drinks for everyone to enjoy!

Parents, here’s why you’ll love this event:

  • Connect with other Bayview Glen families
  • Relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends
  • Casual, social, and fun setting
  • Pizza and drinks provided (no cooking, no cleanup!)
  • Lighthearted fun – no bowling skills required!

Ticket Price: $25 per participant, including 1 hour of Bowling (full facility booked for Bayview Glen) and access to mini-golf.

Parent Association Annual General Meeting and Breakfast

Thank you to the many parents who joined us for the Parent Association Annual General Meeting and Breakfast on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. We appreciated the opportunity to share updates from the Head of School and Division Heads, as well as Advancement and External Relations.

The meeting also featured the introduction of the new Parent Association Executive team, the Parent Association financial update, and highlights from the PA Shop and PA Social updates. The morning provided a valuable opportunity for meaningful discussion, engagement, and connection over breakfast.

Parent Association Merry Market

The Bayview Glen community came together on November 21, 2025, for a joyful afternoon at the annual Parent Association Merry Market! From 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Moatfield Campus was alive with holiday spirit, laughter, and creativity.

Families and friends enjoyed a fantastic shopping experience with local vendors, Bayview Glen community members, and our talented student entrepreneurs. Highlights included the class basket auction, a bake sale, cozy hot chocolate, festive live music, and the return of holiday photos with Santa, spreading smiles all afternoon.

A heartfelt thank you to the Parent Association team, the Merry Market committees, and the many parent and student volunteers whose hard work and dedication made the day possible. Your support helped create a truly magical start to the holiday season!

Parent Association Halloween Fun Bash

Thank you all for attending our annual Halloween Fun Bash on Sunday, October 26! We all had a wicked good time celebrating with our Bayview Glen community and dressing up for a Spooktacular Halloween Celebration!

The kids enjoyed trick or treating, many games, arts and crafts, and the well-attended inflatables castles and famous BeaverTails food truck with their families and friends! New this year, was our first ever Glow in the Dark dance party with a Live DJ – a big success appreciated by many! Check out the event photos under the Photo Gallery on the school website.

Parent Association Evening Parent Social

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first Parent Association Evening Parent Social on Thursday, September 25 on the scenic rooftop patio of our Moatfield Campus. It was wonderful to meet with so many new and returning parents in a social setting, celebrating the start of a new school year, fostering new friendships, and strengthening our vibrant school community. Parent Association Morning Coffee Social

We continued our momentum from the rooftop social with the Parent Association Morning Coffee Social on Friday, October 3 on the beautiful back deck of our Moatfield Campus. The morning provided a relaxed opportunity to indulge in coffee, snack, and catch up, enjoy conversation, and engage with our school community. Parent Association Welcome Breakfast and Mingle

It was wonderful to welcome so many parents at the Parent Association Welcome Breakfast and Mingle on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. What a great way to kick-off another successful year at Bayview Glen! 

We had close to 200 parents join us to hear from our Heads of School, Bayview Glen staff, and our PA Executive team. We heard about the PA role within the school, upcoming social events run by the PA, as well as our amazing PA Shop managers. The morning was filled with laughter, conversation, and community spirit as we launched another exciting school year together.
