Calling all Bayview Glen parents!
Please join the Bayview Glen Parent Association for a special evening of connection and fun at our cocktail-style reception at the exclusive Ultra Restaurant on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
Enjoy a selection of delicious hors d’oeuvres as you mingle with fellow Bayview Glen parents. This is a fantastic opportunity to relax, meet new friends, and strengthen our school community.
Only limited spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are planning to attend, please complete the online registration form (click here) on the Parent Association Events webpage.
Online pre-registration and event cost payment are required to attend. No drop-ins at the door due to venue limitations.

Holiday Message from the Parent Association President
Happy Holidays to the whole parent community!
As we wind down 2024 and look ahead to 2025, I would like to extend my sincere thank you to everyone for making this a wonderful start of the school year. We began the year with one of the best attended welcome breakfast meetings that we have ever had! It was here that I saw the level of commitment and strong friendships that are present in our parent community.
It has been a fun-filled start to the year with coffee socials, our Halloween event, and the ever-popular Merry Market. The new year will bring even more opportunities to laugh, share, and be together. Many thanks to everyone for your continued participation and support, it is lovely to see such pride and warmth in our school.
The holidays are a great time to unwind, unplug, and to be present, and I would like to wish everyone a joyful holiday season. May you have a restful and peaceful break with family and friends near and dear to your hearts. I am looking forward to seeing you all in the new year, relaxed and renewed and ready for the upcoming year.

Thank you to all the parents who joined us in person or online on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 for the first Parent Book Club and PA Speaker Series of this 2024-2025 school year. Your engagement and enthusiasm made the events truly special.
Special thanks to Dr. Andrew Howlett for co-facilitating the Parent Book Club discussions with Antoinette Morgan, Director of Student Wellbeing, and thank you to Dr. Stella Dentakos for the expert insights on a variety of parenting topics.

What a wonderful way to kick-off the holidays with our Parent Association Merry Market on Thursday, November 21, 2024!
We cheered, we shopped, we had the best time! The holiday magic was definitely in the air with a wonderful selection of vendors, delicious baked treats and hot chocolate, pictures with Santa and crafts and the amazing class baskets auction. It was all smiles and joy for our annual tradition at Bayview Glen!
To all the event participants of our Merry Market, a heartfelt thank you for being part of our special day. Thank you to our Merry Market vendors, Bayview Glen student entrepreneurs, Parent Association team, parents and students volunteers, Bayview Glen staff and the Chartwells team for all your support! We could not have done it without you!

Dr. Andrew Howlett will assist in facilitating our Book Club discussion and Dr. Stella Dentakos will speak to us and answer questions on a variety of topics related to child and youth mental health, including stress, anxiety, coping and adjustment, parenting, and general child and adolescent development. It’s the most wonderful time of the year! The Bayview Glen Parent Association is very pleased to invite you to our annual Merry Market!
Come and join us in celebrating the holiday season with a great shopping selection featuring local vendors and Bayview Glen community members, as well as our talented student entrepreneurs.
Don’t forget to bid on our famous class basket auction, filled with thoughtfully curated items from our families.
There will be lots of fun for everyone with music, crafts, hot chocolate station, and our yummy bake sale (cash preferred).
We are bringing magic back again this year with the opportunity to take free photos with Santa, available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.
